Thanks for the review and voicing your thoughts on this Boaz. Whole heartedly agree with you that harsh compromises must be made. The truth is that, this seems inevitable and rather obvious.

In leadership roles, I have learnt that the initial framing of a negotiation is pivotal. By emphasizing the inevitability of compromises, particularly in intricate dilemmas, the tone is set towards a more realistic and empirical approach. This perspective, while grounded in reality, can sometimes overshadow the potential for creative and optimistic solutions.

Even if it is true that compromises are harsh, any conversations that starts with a recognition and respect for the rights and aspirations of all parties can lead to more hopeful and innovative outcomes. This approach not only fosters a more positive environment but also encourages lateral thinking, which is often crucial in finding mutually acceptable solutions.

The ultimate goal, is to ensure that even when harsh compromises are inevitable, all parties feel that their core values and aspirations were genuinely considered and respected. This approach can lead to a more satisfactory resolution for everyone involved, even in the face of difficult decisions. By farming my sentence "to find a solution that respects all parties' rights and aspirations" I was only hoping to emphasize the importance of compassion, empathy and respect, serving as a valuable guide for anyone in a complex decision-making role.

I hope I could have emphasized this a bit more as you rightly pointed out. Thank you for your insights as always Boaz.
